Glow on the Go: Healthy outer glow starts with a healthy inside and what and how we treat our body’s largest organ- our skin! I am a very low maintenance type of gal and like to get ready and be out the door in 15 minutes- THIS may or may not happen all the time- haha, BUT for me the simpler the better. One of the best ways to make sure your skin is getting the hydration it needs is by drinking plenty of water everyday and getting the proper amount of sleep.
My daily routine is quick and easy.
Drink lots of water throughout the day (1 glass w/ lemon)
Wash face am/pm
30 sec eye protector
IT Cosmetics CC Illuminator cream w/ 50spf
I try to sweat everyday- even if it’s only 15min!
